- Maybe you’re just confused by all the conflicting information about what’s ‘good’ or ‘bad’ for you and now you don’t even know where to start.
- You might just have a lot of nutrition or skincare related questions and you want someone who you can go to for answers.
I created the Wellness Chat option because I have many clients that just want help with choosing the right foods for their body. We can talk about anything you want help with from choosing the right foods for you to reading labels so you know how to choose clean, healthy products.
Before our appointment you’ll fill out a 5-day Food Journal. I’ll give a full assessment of your Food Journal and during our one-on-one time we’ll discuss any questions you might have, go over your goals, and you’ll receive a nutrition-based Personalized Wellness Plan.
