Zoodles With Meatsauce
Zoodles with meat sauce are one of my easy go-to meals, and the best part is they can easily be made ahead for quick reheating at mealtime. This way, the whole meal is ready to go when you’re ready to eat! Perfect for you’re busy weeknights.
1 jar pasta sauce (this is my favorite sauce, clean ingredients and 21dsd approved)
1 pound grass-fed ground beef
Store in a glass container in fridge
Heat ghee (or other healthy saturated fat) in a skillet over medium-high heat
Add ground beef to skillet
Using a spatula, break up the ground beef
Cook until the ground beef is browned and thoroughly cooked
Add the sauce to a pot over low heat on the stove
(optional: add herbs and spices to the sauce like basil, oregano and garlic powder)
When the ground beef is done cooking, add it to the pasta sauce
Simmer on low for at least 10 minutes
Remove from heat and let cool
Store the sauce in a glass jar in fridge
At mealtime, just heat the zoodles and meat sauce in a skillet unttil the zoodles are tender and all ingredients are warmed.
